Client Survey Results

In order to be a successful business, we understand the importance of continually improving the service we deliver to our clients.  As such, we recently conducted a survey in which 150 randomly selected clients were asked for their views on the things we do well and the areas where we could improve.

It was very pleasing to note that the overall feedback was extremely positive, with the vast majority of respondents expressing a high level of satisfaction.

However a few matters were identified that we need to take on board.  The main issue raised was the frequency and format of communication initiated by us.

We have already taken steps to ensure we communicate with you more regularly and in an effective and timely manner, which we believe will help to address this issue.  For example we will be placing more updates on our website which we will bring to your attention.
